Great choice for trip. A modern hotel in Puerto de la Cruz with superbly friendly staff at the reception desk. New-fashioned and airy rooms with a balcony available.

Airy studio suite with separate bedroom, bathtub etc, air-con. The pool area is nice too.

Perfect and exceptionally nice location a 10-15 minute walking distance from Costa Martianez Water Park. And near to Tenerife/Puerto de la Cruz, shops, bars, restaurants and beaches, and the supermarket. A nice size and nicely decorated hotel units with snacks, a bath, as for instance.

The hotel was immaculately clean, I greatly enjoyed it. The location of this well-maintained venue was marvellous, to the Lido area. And it was also close to the centre, near the sea and a quiet pedestrian shopping street.

The location was perfect and excellent, few metres away from Playa de San Telmo. The room we booked was good-sized with comfortable beds.

The studio suite with a bathroom, bedroom, a bath/shower. Perfect location close enough to the Astoria as well as the bus station, minutes away from Plaza Charco.

The room was well decorated and good-sized with fridge, easy access to the sun terrance, for example, very good service. Nice food for dinner and breakfast.

The location was perfect for exploring the old town and enjoying the local cafes and restaurants. The staff were friendly and gave great recommendations for things to do in the area. Despite a few minor inconveniences, like the lack of a balcony and the outdated sunbeds, the overall experience was positive. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the breakfast offered a decent variety of options. I would definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel could improve on some minor details.

Close to the town center and the beach, even tho is a rocky beach with big waves and is not suitable for swimming and no sun beds or umbrellas

They tell you that the room came with a balcony and safe box. You might have a surprise, as you have to pay for the safe box and a warranty for the key, in case you lose it and a lot of rooms have french window, so no balcony. The guy from the front desk wasn't so happy when I requested to have the room changed with a balcony one. For them toilet amenities means towels and soap, so if want something more, be prepared to bring from home. The mattress is really hard, but if you don't have a problem with it, is ok.

The receptionist was very friendly and attentive and gave us some good recommendation for the city and other places to see. The bathroom was modern and clean.

The bed linens were really nasty - the sheets were OK but the cover was nasty- i took it off immediately. It was also very difficult to find the place.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money was excellent. Considering the price, I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail throughout the hotel. The staff at reception were always attentive and provided helpful information about the local area. The central location of this hotel was perfect, allowing easy access to everything the town had to offer. Additionally, the rooms were comfortable and kept very clean, with basic amenities including a fridge and a small kitchen. One of the highlights was the included breakfast, which was of high quality and offered great value.

Although all was ok, it would be even better if the noise from neighboring guests could be reduced.

The room was big and very clean, everything was confortable.

I stayed there for 5 nights. Excellent location - 10min to bus station, 5min to all the main restaurants in central part, 5min to the beach. I was surprised that for the price I and my friend paid (around £200 for 5 nights) we got such a good room. It was cleaned everyday, we had hobs, pans, dishes if wanted to cook which we sometimes did.. staff was very helpful, 24 hour service.. and although some ppl say that beds are hard to sleep on because of the mattress, I found it hard to believe since slept very very good. If I was to go there again, I would definitely go for this hotel again!!!

The hotel is in a great location, right in the center of the town. It's just a few minutes walk away from all the main attractions and amenities Puerto de la Cruz has to offer.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was great. No major issues or complaints.
